Posting articles using BeWebmaster CMS
The articles, pages and layout of BeWebmaster.com website are entirely managed by BeWebmaster CMS. It is very easy to use and here is short tutorial on how to add new and edit existing articles using BeWebmaster CMS.
Articles can be posted by users or administrators. The administrators have power to approve, disapprove, edit and delete each article posted by the users, while the users can only add/edit their articles. No article is visible to the website visitors until approved by the administrator.
You can visit BeWebmaster CMS Demo 1 or Demo 2 to try it out.
Adding article/tutorial
Log in and HTML editor will come up (Figure 1). If you are logging in as administrator click on Articles button to bring up the editor. HTML editor toolbar allows you to format your text, add images, links, tables etc. Just below the toolbar is article title and description field. If the articles can be posted within different categories a category drop-down menu is displayed as well.

Fill in title and description fields and select category (if applicable) to which you want to submit your article to. Title you type in will be used as a title of that article page (Figure 3).

And as the heading of the actual article (Figure 5).

The description is used in the article page meta tag and as the intro to the article on the home/latest articles page.
Once you are finished typing and formatting your article, click Save button (Figure 6) . Please note that using keyboard shortcut CTRL+S will not save the article, you need to click on the save button.

Posting your article
Now that you have the article saved you need to post it. If you are a user, locate and the link Show All Articles in the left column of BeWebmaster CMS interface (Figure 7).

Your article will appear in the Articles section with option links to Edit or Post the article. Click Post link to submit your article for administrator approval(Figure 8).

A confirmation window will appear asking you if you are sure you want to post the article. Click OK.
Approving the article
Administrator receives an email notifying that new article was posted. To approve the article, log in to your administrative account and click Articles button.
Click on link Show Not Approved link and list of not approved articles will appear in articles section. Navigate to the article you want to approve and click approve link ((Figure 9).

Confirmation window will appear asking you if you are sure you want to approve the article. Click OK.
This is it. Now go ahead and log in to Demo 1 or Demo 2 of BeWebmaster CMS and try it out. BeWebmaster CMS will be available for sale mid January 2006.
